Data Processing Agreement

According to the GDPR, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) between the controller and the processor is mandatory for the processing of personal data by third parties.

iTernity itself does not have a mandate to process its customers’ personal data. However, within the scope of consulting and support activities, iTernity may potentially gain insight into or access to customers’ personal data.

With the Data Processing Agreement (DPA), iTernity guarantees that customers’ personal data is protected to the appropriate extent and that the data is only processed for the purposes for which it was collected. We hereby confirm the legally compliant implementation of GDPR requirements according to Art. 5 Para. 1 lit. b (‘purpose limitation’).
