Find your dream job!

You can apply via the iTernity job portal for one of our open positions or submit an unsolicited application. You can find what information we need from you in the FAQs.

Confirmation of receipt

You will receive an email confirming that we have received your application.

Review of your documents

Every application matters to us, and we know you have invested a lot of time and effort. That is why it is especially important to us to review all documents carefully. You can expect to hear back from us within two weeks.

We would like to get to know you!

Depending on the distance and the position, we will first have a brief phone call. If both sides are interested in meeting in person, this will take place at our office. In the next step, you will have the opportunity to get to know iTernity and our team better at an applicant day.

Signing the contract

Done! You will receive your employment contract from us either by post or you can come by the office to sign it.

How can I submit my application?

Please submit your application documents exclusively via the application form. This ensures nothing gets lost and we can get back to you promptly.

Which application documents should I submit?

To enable us to review your application, we ask you to provide the following documents and information (preferably in PDF format):

CV including your earliest possible start date and salary expectations (gross/year)
Cover letter (optional)
Relevant degree certificates and references (optional)
Information on your preferred working hours and, for part-time roles, your preferred distribution of working time

How do I know whether a position is still available?

All job postings you find on our website are currently available. If a position is no longer open, we remove it directly from our careers page.

Does iTernity treat my application data confidentially?

Of course. Apart from the recruiters and the relevant department, no one has access to your data and documents.

Can I apply again after a rejection?

We would also be happy to include you in our talent pool if you are still interested in becoming part of iTernity. Then you will not need to apply again; instead, we will proactively contact you when a suitable vacancy arises.

How long does iTernity store my application data?

As a rule, we store your application data for six months after the conclusion of an unsuccessful application process, provided this does not conflict with statutory retention obligations. Further information can be found in our privacy policy.
