Core functions include billing for various energy sectors as well as the market communication required in the electricity and gas markets for different market roles. XAP. is complemented by industry-specialized subsidiary accounting including receivables management, an integrated CRM tool, and optional extensions such as integration with materials management, accounting, and a web-based customer portal.
