iCAS License Request

Installation and update

To install or update your iCAS software you need an Authorization Key. In order for us to send you this key, we need your license number. For an installation you can find the license number on your license certificate. In case of an update you can find it in iAdmin.

License change or renewal

To change or renew an existing license, we need your Systeminfo.XML, which you can create via iAdmin. If you have multiple iCAS systems in use, we need a separate Systeminfo file from each system. You can upload the created systeminfo via the upload button. Here you can find instructions on how to request a license and create the Systeminfo.XML.
