Challenging requirements concerning security and scalability

With that in mind, medac’s internal quality management demanded from Optimal Systems an audit-proof archiving for enaio’s document management system (DMS). Another important source of data for the archive came from e-mail and file server archiving via Veritas’ Enterprise Vault. A completely virtualized SAN-Storage was added as storage. A flexible solution that could combine all implemented elements and keep up with the company’s continuous growth was the basic requirement in this business environment.
