Examination of your documents

Every application is close to our heart, and we know that you have invested a lot of time and effort. That is why it is especially important for us to check all documents carefully. You can expect to receive our feedback within two weeks.

We want to get to know you!

Depending on your location and the job position, a short telephone exchange will take place first. If both sides are interested in getting to know each other personally, this will take place in our office. In the next step you will have the opportunity to get to know iTernity and our team at an application day.

Signing of the contract

Done! You will either receive your employment contract by mail or we will ask you to come to our office to sign it.

Welcome to the iTernity team! You'll see: with your individual training plan and the active support of your colleagues, you'll be able to quickly start working independently.

How can I submit my application?

Please submit your application documents exclusively via e-mail to jobs@iternity.com. That way, nothing will get lost, and we can give you prompt feedback.

Which application documents do I submit?

To enable us to review your application, we ask you to provide the following documents and information (preferably in PDF format):

Curriculum vitae with details of the earliest possible starting date and salary expectations (gross/year)
Cover letter (optional)
Relevant academic certificates and job references (optional)
Possible working hours per week (only required for part-time positions)

How do I know if a position is still available?

All job offers which you find on our website are still open. If a position is no longer open, we will directly take it down from our career page.

Does iTernity treat my application data confidentially?

Of course. Apart from the recruiters and responsibles of the respective department, nobody has access to your data and documents.

Can I apply again after a rejection?

Yes, just because we have not decided in your favor for a certain position does not mean that you do not harmonize with our company and team. At a later date, you may well be a perfect fit for this or another position.

How long does iTernity store my application data?

Generally, we store your application data for a period of six months after the conclusion of an unsuccessful application procedure, provided that this does not conflict with the statutory storage obligations. You can find further information in our data protection declaration.
